Floor - The 50mm ply floor is supported by a hard wood timber frame insulated with closed cell foam, this is then over laminated and consolidated to the outer body shell with a composite of "E" type glass consolidated with Class 2 Fire retardant polyester Resin. Then to protect the underside a polyester flow coat is applied.

Monocoque Body - Outer surface is 600g/M2 general-purpose polyester Gel Coat. Over laminated with 450g "E" type glass consolidated with Class 2 Fire retardant polyester Resin. Central 2mm Core Mat consolidated with Class 2 Fire retardant polyester Resin. With a final laminate of 450g "E" type glass consolidated with Class 2 Fire retardant polyester Resin. Reinforcement 450g "E" type glass.
